PowerPlastics Pool Covers will create an individual pool cover to suit your specific requirements and pool shape.

1 - Measurements

This is the first step in the process of obtaining a quote. Initially, an estimated size can be used to provide an indicative quote. If accepted, exact measurements are obtained and a final quotation issued in writing. In the case of a Safety Cover or where the customer cannot provide exact measurements but has approved the first indicative quote, our technical team will do a site visit to take drawings and measurements. Measurements may also be entered online (via our website) and the preliminary quote will be supplied.

2 - Quotations

The written quotation will indicate the price, size of pool, type of cover quoted as well as any accessories such as Rollup Stations and reinforcement. All quotes need to besigned before final measurement or manufacturing commences. Quotations are valid for 14 days from date of issue.

3 - Order

A signed quotation plus a deposit constitutes an order and will trigger the production process or a final measurement prior to production. Please allow 2 working days for manufacture of the cover.

4 - Installation

Once the cover has been manufactured, we will contact the customer to arrange for either collection from our factory, delivery to site or delivery and installation on site. We recommend installation by our installation team in the case of shaped pools, safety covers and large pools where a Rollup Stationis required.

5 - Call Outs

We are often requested to visit a site prior to a quotation and a fee will be levied in such a case. Should this lead to an order, this call-out fee will be credited against the order. The extent of the fee will depend on mileage.

6 - After Sales Service

Should a cover sustain damage, we also provide quotations for repair work. Such work can be done on site for minor repairs or the cover can be brought back to the factory for more extensive repairs.
